For items not manufactured by PDS, see the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy.  Do not hesitate to call or email any warranty questions for any products sold by PDS.

Our system has a five year limited warranty.  PDS covers all manufacturing defects, freight costs, and costs to repair for the first 90 days after DOM.  $65 in labor charges may apply for repairs after 90 days.  Discretionary parts charges may be applied for improper installations or user errors. Customer is responsible for all freight charges getting the system to us for repair after 90 days.  In 2018, PDS had warranty claims on less than 1.5% of all systems.

KTA systems may come with a piece of pink or blue foam to measure the holes in the wall to hang the power supply box. This foam is to BE DISCARDED after measurements are complete. It is not meant to be a permanent part of the system.
