Obar System audible and visual radon system alarm for AARST/ANSI code compliance.  Alarm sounds when there has been a fan failure detected.

Please read all installation instructions carefully.  Remove the clear faceplate and using a non-magnetic hand screwdriver to turn the dial to set the alarm sensitivity before powering on the unit.
