Directions: Install EZ riser pre-pour. Stub up 4″ PVC 2~3 feet. Wrap stabilizer around PVC and tighten with screw. Nail in common rebar into soil next to stabilizer. Zip tie (not provided) rebar to stabilizer piece and use level to ensure plumb installation.
