A high performance roof sealant. High solids, non skinning, non-drying SSR sealant with unique elastomer which provides a non-stringy consistency and tremendous resistance to environmental conditions like heat, cold, and moisture. Useful in radon and vapor application for sealing warm side of concealed exterior polyurethane foam panels.
